ELECTRICAL:
All components and parts, including ceiling fans.

HEATING SYSTEM:Heat pump-metering devices, furnace transition, evaporator coils and drain lines, air handling unit, air handling transition, secondary drain pan and refrigerant lines.

CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING:
Ducted electrical central systems including: condenser; metering devices; evaporator coils and drain lines; air handling unit; air handling transition; secondary drain pan and lines; refrigerant lines.
